Dr Alf Burt has always told us if there is the option to get a prescription filled. Dr Burt is one of the old-time vets who never tries to reach into a distraught person's wallet. We have known him to give free advice to frantic pet owners when other vets were trying to get the owner to pay thousands of dollars for fancy procedures. Bless all the decent vets!
