What strange logic it is that Doug Leech was willing to spend $315,000 for a sheep hunting permit so that 12.5% of the money would be used by an organization that says it will "promote conservation."

Imagine what could be done with Mr. Leech's $315,000 if he made a serious commitment to conservation, for instance if he donated the money to a habitat trust organization.
