Frankie: Parksville Qualicum SPCA, say if unable to find a new home, he will possibly face euthanasia

Whilst Watching A channel news earlier today Weds April 2nd. A report regarding a 10 month old collie cross Frankie. He has a lifelong condition called Megasophogus. This means he is unable to swallow food like other normal dogs, his food has to be blended in a food processor, resembling soup, then he has to eat "standing up" and for 8 mins after, he needs to sit up to help the digestion process.

A happy dog, currently being fostered in Nanoose Bay, however his foster parents only able to have him one more week.

Parksville Qualicum SPCA, say if unable to find a new home, he will possibly face euthanasia.

PLEASE , if you know of anyone who could help adopt this lovely fellow, pls pls contact Parksville SPCA at (250) 248 3811.

Heartbreaking to know, with loving care, this dog can live a happy life and not just face death at less than a year old because of a condition that "can" be controlled if he has loving parents to help him .

I would gladly take him but with 2 dogs already, one elderly , that is sadly impossible, so pls pls help and talk to friends, anyone who can assist this dog to have a long, loving and deserving life.
