A Channel Island Weekend report covers things of interest on Southern Vancouver Island. The segment showed Frankie in his foster home playing ball and with an explanation of his medical problem and how he had to be fed. They also put out plea for another foster home or a forever home for him. Hopefully the segment will get him either into another foster home or better yet a home of his own. He is a beautiful dog. If I didn't already have a house full with two of them needing medical attention I would take him in a minute.
