Is this breeding operation using approved kennels? If so, why are the dogs tied up? How many hours a day are they tied? Dogs have been seized in the past that were tethered to their dog houses, even though they had food, water and shelter. We hope Mr Robinson's breeding operation is investigated by the SPCA.

That appears to be a chain around the base of the tree
