Ok so let me get this straight. Very old dogs with serious age related issues. She would not have them put down. I find something wrong with this picture. Recently I had to have my 16 year old GSD/Lab cross put to rest. I held on as long as I could but when I realized her quality of life was not there any longer I stepped up to the plate and held her as she was pts. Was it easy? NO. Did I cry? YES. But I was there for her at the end and didn't pass it on to anyone else. She should have taken responsibility for her own old dogs and not left it to someone else to bear the brunt of " Puttin Old Dogs Down"
