I find it really amazing what the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals will try to do next.
It is an over-fed bureaucratic organization with way too much power. And here they go and prove it again.
Firstly, they want to kill this young Rottweiler cross pup, Cheech, because they have "decided" he is dangerous. And then, when one of their volunteers takes him to a vet to have it done and the vet refuses, they accuse the volunteer of stealing a dog they want killed.
How can you charge a person with "dog theft" of the very dog you want killed?
What does the SPCA care?
They are just giving a good person a criminal record.
