We phoned CTV and the two newspapers, the Surrey North Delta Leader and the Surrey Now

We spoke to Lisa and told her to phone the media. She had already phoned Global. We phoned CTV and the two newspapers, the Surrey North Delta Leader and the Surrey Now. We will be phoning the Sun and the Province.

We told her that there was no law against cats in trees in Surrey, or anywhere, as far as we knew. In our opinion, the "fine" sounds like someone getting their jollies by terrifying two upset women. We will find out if there is any such law tomorrow.

AAS has many, many accounts of the SPCA misusing its powers in the most blatantly thuggish way. The CEO has earned a reputation for being incredibly hard-nosed and for hiring like-minded enforcers, a reputation that we predict is going to finish the SPCA off.

One question. Does Constable Webster come from Ontario?
