The argument regarding educating owners
In Response To: Ruby vows to defend pit bulls ()

Quoting Mr. Ruby, what is wrong with trying the "quick and cheap fix" first, and work on the "longlasting and expensive education" later.
Time is not on our side, and we cannot expose others to more attacks.
We can always go back and re-instate these dogs, if statistics in a few years time show that the "longlasting and expensive" works.
If not, then we have fixed it "cheaply and quickly"... makes sense to me.
