Do you think the "new improved" SPCA is doing more for chained dogs now? Think again

Lawyers, police oficers, housewives, mothers, and grandmothers, are out every night getting dogs out of pens and off chains.

Most telling is the number of pound employees who steal dogs. The City of Vancouver won't prevent this cruelty with a bylaw, so City pound staff go and steal the dogs. Pound staff see the suffering and are forced to return escaped dogs to their abusive owners. And this is not just happening in Vancouver.

Send us your rescue story and we will publish it, anonymously if you wish. animaladvocates@telus.net
