Where is the SPCA's feral cat assistance program?

Where is the help from the SPCA for the women who are doing all the sterilizing? Those little groups do all the work and spend all the money when another "mess" needs cleaning up, whether it is a well-meaning person with a house full of stray cats or another feral cat colony full of sick cats, all reproducing. Where is the SPCA's feral cat assistance program? Where is even advice to where to get help for these women who end up with a house full of abandoned cats? When has the SPCA ever done anything but seize and destroy the cats? That is exactly what the SPCA is doing all over BC, even as Ms Gourkow blames everyone but her own multi-million dollar organization.

If Ms Gourkow means the SPCA by "ourselves" she has never been more right
The blame game is an old, tried-and-true SPCA tactic

Wow, if that is how Ms. Gourkow and the SPCA feel they must worship the ground I walk on *LINK*
The SPCA is still euthanizing feral cats. How much closer are they to a solution than they were in 2001?
