I have criticized the SPCA more than once for its continual promotion of dogs for sale as "outdoor" pets. Now it is raffling off a doghouse?? What on earth kind of message does THAT give? I am appalled.
How dare the SPCA have the unmitigated gall to tell the media on more than one occasion that it is actively involved in trying to convince Crown Counsel that keeping a dog outside is psychological neglect? Obviously that is just some sideline hobby it indulges in now and then for good PR in between selling "outside" dogs and raffling off doghouses. Shame on you SPCA.
