Class action by donators who may have been consistently misled as to how their donations are used

On a brief reading of your site, there appears to be the possibility of grounds for a class action on behalf of donators to the BC SPCA who may have been consistently misled as to how their donations are used.

There is the matter of no audited statements for many years, in addition to financial statements that do not indicate legal fees to sue or threaten to sue SPCA critics, and years of newsletters and other appeals for funds that do not mention that some of the donations and bequests will be spent on legal actions.

I would be happy to discuss this further with you.

I quit donating to the SPCA because of lack of accountability and the lawsuit
It must be nice just to be able to dip into these funds to protect your empire thus depriving the animals
I redirected donations to AAS because they are devoted to saving the lives of animals. Can I be any more clear?

I had been supporting the SPCA for many many years. I was given my first membership card when I was 16
We will not support the SPCA any longer if you proceed with this spiteful suit
