If there has ever been a more blatant misuse of Canadian law, I would really love to see it

Judge Orr not only made the wrong decision, she blatantly ignored what 'freedom of expression' is all about. The decision she made that upholds this ridiculous 'make up a law as you go' just to prevent anti-sealers from disturbing these murderers of baby seals is ludicrous to say the least, and totally anti-freedom of expression, especially in our so-called free country.

She is also judging in an island that is one of the biggest proponents of this slaughter, making her very biased in obvious favour for this kill. Next stop Queen's bench P.E.I. So, it is with no surprise that she made this decision, almost condemning the anti-sealers for even thinking that they had a chance in changing this made up law, as they keep moving the goal posts just to suit their political nonsensical thinking.

If there has ever been a more blatant misuse of Canadian law, I would really love to see it. What chance do we have in stopping this slaughter if the courts won't even recognize that they are in violation of the rights of everyone else, by denying them the right to view this kill.

I can only hope that it's a very warm winter next March. A lot of seals will die naturally because of it, but at least they won't be slaughtered by unscrupulous judges, indirectly, or by sadistic, murderous seal killers.

Sincerely

Tim Fisher
