The last poster thinks that Art Knapps is "a beautiful place to enjoy the sights of many common farm and garden birds."
Well, I am sorry for her.
Birds, like the rest of us, were born to be free.
They were born to fly - something we mere humans can never experience without machinery.
The keeping of these birds in cages is heart-breaking. I wish it were criminal.
Whether the cages are clean or dirty is only a matter of degree of their imprisonment.
Birds can be enjoyed in their natural habitat, which we should be trying to preserve for them.
They should not be imported and caged for our enjoyment.
