The timing certainly is very odd.
Could it be because the publicity re the terrible condition the hippo has been living in for two years is now at its highest ?!
Only a few weeks before improvements are completed. Very odd indeed.
Surely the SPCA knew of the conditions the hippo came under two years ago.
Why did they not step in right then ?!
And what about all the other animals in the zoo ?
Is the SPCA going to do something about to effect their living conditions.
Or do these animals all have all the FREEDOMS the SPCA is so proudly proclaiming all animals must have??
