Among the highlights yesterday were that pet guardians are being excluded from being on the jury by PETA's lawyers! Odd, from a purportedly animal-loving group. However slaughterhouse workers were accepted.

The trial has raised a lot of interest in the United States. Court TV will be covering the story.

If thee two people are being prosecuted, one wonders why those who made the policy of killing are not being held accountable. It doesn't seem that these two were just mavericks acting on their own initiative. It seems that "euthanasia" is part and parcel of PETA's policies.
