It certainly makes one wonder about Vick's behaviour in the 'human' world. Many statistics have proven that people who abuse animals are very often abusive to women and children. In fact, the co-relation between animal and human abuse can be used as a reliable tool to predict which children are quite likely to go on to be abusive in adult relationships.

Perhaps someone should be taking a closer look into Vick's behaviour with people as well. Sadly, the authorities might be more willing to address human cruelty than that of voiceless, helpless animals.
