I am absolutely appalled by the disgusting idea of implementing someone to slaughter dogs!! Animals in general... but this is something I NEVER expected to here about my Pemberton Community. This is animal cruelty! Isn't this why we have the SPCA? Death is not the answer! Being a dog community I really expected so much more support to protect these animals and help them... what has this world come to… killing off man's best friend?
