Good for the Parksville SPCA! If they can do it, why can't the other branches?

I just called the Parksville/Qualicum SPCA and inquired about adopting a rabbit. I was told that they do have rabbits, $40. each, and that they are already spayed and neutered. Good for the Parksville SPCA! If they can do it, why can't the other branches?

But I'd also like to mention that the Coombs area (right next to Parksville and Qualicum has at least hundreds of feral rabbits running around.
