This is senseless! Providing rabbits cheaply, unspayed and unneutered, especially by a partner of the SPCA anywhere, is just nuts.
To be doing it within miles of Kelowna is even more absurd.
Why does anybody think that we need to be purchasing intact rabbits as pets?
