Don't deprive yourself of an egg now and then, the chickens will lay it anyway, BUT never-never-never take a commercially produced egg. It is my opinion, that those egg producing factories, I have seen some, are pure torture to hens, not only physically, but also chemically, and those, who are operating these factories are nothing short of savages. When I see people at the checkout in the grocery store loading up with these commercial eggs and milk, which I call Chemical Soup, I could just scream at them.
