When is the SPCA and everyone else going to eliminate the word "owner", regarding pets, and use words such as caregiver, or guardian.
I know, owner is a legal wording, however, outside of legal issues, the SPCA could always use proper and befitting words now and hopefully in the future those in the legal system will realize, that the human species do not own any living being and make changes, as should have been made long ago.
