For the love of animals; I wonder: Is there any complaint against the B.C SPCA that has not been made over the years it has been around?

Incredible: How does an (organization?) survive with so much negative press?--It must be because there are so many humans giving money to help so many nonhumans that suffer in the hands of too many people.

So let's see: We take away nonhumans from an abusive life just to be killed by those who claim to be there to help/free them from abuse.
