I will be assessing a severely abused rotti-shepherd on Saturday morning. He is currently being kept at a kennel and if he is salvagable will be kept there for a few weeks longer (but unfortunately not indefinitely). He was surrendered because he bit the owner, but, surprise surprise, no charges are being laid against the owner.

Does anyone have a connection near London, Ontario who might be able to foster this boy? A rescue group has already seen it and is not optimistic about it being rehabilitated. I, on the other hand, am overly optimistic, but have not yet met this poor boy.
