Way to go to AAS...a tiny little organization of animal lovers who have done so much to try to ban chained and yard dogs. I would like to hear that the S.P.C.A. is trying to ban chained dogs. The suffering and cruelty of some dogs could end, as well as the danger to the public given how unsocialized and frustrated these dogs are. Recently a little boy in Surrey was badly bitten by a pit bull that was/is a chained dog. This most certainly should be an illegal practice.
