I sent this letter back May 5 to Craig Daniell. I never heard back.

Dear Mr. Craig Daniell,

I have some questions regarding the laws in place for the humane euthanasia of shelter animals.

Attached is the CFHS's response to my question about who oversees these laws.

What is the BCSPCA's stance on euthanizing cats in a compressed CO2 gas box? What is the BCSPCA's stance on gassing cats versus lethal injection?

Are all BCSPCA's using lethal injection for all animals and no gas boxes?

Where are these laws, if any, that are in place for the humane destruction of shelter animals? The BCSPCA must have some guidelines to follow, do you know where I would find these?

A former BCSPCA employee, I'm the author of this petition http://www.gopetition.com/petitions/stop-cats-from-being-gassed-to-death.html and I'm hoping to get some answers to these questions.
