Shame on the SPCA for not doing what was needed...

How could someone do such a thing? My God, this is a young puppy who needed to be taught some manners and needed some socialization. ALL puppies need this...and as most breeders don't direct people towards reading material and such, to properly socialize puppies, too many dogs end up at 5 months like this. And this poor dog pays with her life. How many others have at the hands of the SPCA? And the sad thing is that the family probably thinks the SPCA did this family a favour. Will this family then go out and get another dog and make the same mistakes? How awful, awful, awful.

Shame on the SPCA! Shame on you for not doing what was needed...talking to the family and asking what kind of training and socializing had been done with this dog? Where did the dog go for training classes, if any? That poor little dog.

No one wants aggressive dogs out in the public. But this certainly sounds like a case of a dog who needed to be taught some manners. And instead was killed.
