To the Hon. Justice Wally Oppal ,
As a society that wants to believe in justice for all, we find ourselves in a balancing act.
Can the "little guy" truly defend himself from the big guy who has a lot of resources? Did Monsanto win?
I think anti-SLAPP legislation is probably a fair and more equitable solution.
I would like to encourage this.
