Omygosh lets not make this an argument. Breeders have contracts for a reason, and you say "probably" mean nothing. Well mine does. Ive had 2 litters, i know where all of those pups/dogs are. Ive never had one of my pups goto the pound(yes i would know, its in the microchip that I get called first), ive never had one of my pups attack. 2 are active in shows. If you would take one look at my website you'd see a whole website on adoption/fostering/and great info before you buy one of our pups. You say SPCA pitties come vaccinated are you telling me that mine do not?? Our pups and dogs are not over priced, we are not there to make a bundle of money.....between shots, food, toys, training, there's not alot of money to make. Its not some big business like your making it out to be(well not to me)i have my own job. i dont know what else to say??? for someone who breeds german shepards, chihauhua's and retrievers would you care as much too?? or is it just pitbulls?? Other breeds deserve respect too. yes they have a bad rap but we are actively involved with the breed. We were going to foster some pups/dogs from hugabull and advocates for the underdogs but i am expecting our first lil one any day now. im sorry you see alot of pitbulls in the spca, i am but that is irresponsbile ownership along with unfortunate circumstances (like a family moving). our very first pitbull came from the abbotsford spca, his name is andy and i agree he is great. but it is not just pitbulls at the spca that need homes !
