Subject: Fw: The SPCA.."Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals" needs to live up to its name. Stop the Slapp suit the SPCA has against Animal Advocates Society!

To the President and CEO of the BC SPCA

I emailed the Premier of BC and MLAs to express my concern for the slapp suit that your board has filed against Animal Advocates Society of BC. I own a yellow lab/husky named Kito that I adopted through Animal Advocates, a respectable rescue group that practices animal welfare, saving abandoned and abused animals, adopting them into pre-screened homes.

Please re-consider, and drop the slapp suit against AAS and concentrate on spending the public's donations to the SPCA on what they donated the money for, and that is ANIMAL WELFARE. The public does NOT want their donations going towards slapp suits against a rescue group who has done nothing dishonourable, and has only printed the truth on their website.

There is no defamation or slander of the SPCA printed on the AAS website, and only truth. If you do take this to court, the truth will prevail, as AAS has many honourable witnesses that will be brought forward. But I hope that it will not come to a court battle, and that you will re-consider and drop the law suit against AAS.

Thank You
