Michelle Virdee, Bonnie Bischoff & Jennifer Gore are heading to the States. They're asking the public to donate $2,000.00 for their air fare & taking supplies from the Kamloops SPCA.

Ten days after the breach of the levees and eight days after Gail Moerkerken, of BC's Big Heart Rescue and a Co-ordinator of Noah's Wish U.S. disaster animal rescue organization, left for the scene of devastation. This is such a bald-faced grab for glory that it takes one's breath away.

The BC SPCA is spending thousands of dollars of money meant to save animals right here in BC, to sue Ms Moerkerken for defamation along with Judy Stone and other posters on this site.

One of the SPCA Directors who is going helter-skelter to southern shelters is Bonnie Bischoff, whose Kamloops SPCA killed 90 cats in May because some of the cats were sick and who was part of the team that killed many of the puppymill dogs the SPCA boasted in the media that it "rescued". Perhaps Ms Bischoff's skills at euthanasia will be put to use in Louisiana? Or perhaps she will bring back a "heroically rescued" cat for the BC cameras? Watch for it - the SPCA cannot resist the lure of P.R. no matter how questionable.
