Bonnie Bischoff is on the Board of Directors of the BC SPCA and therefore is part of the bullying lawsuit against Gail Moerkerken, AAS, and others.

If Gail were on the Board, real animal welfare would have to be done by the BC SPCA, no ifs, ands, or buts. Instead, the Board is loaded with people like Bischoff who say that the mass killing of healthy animals is animal welfare. Of course, Bischoff and the SPCA are careful to get an "expert" to say that the animals it kills are "unhealthy" in some way, no matter how obsure, unprovable, and prejudiced that opinion is.
