RCHS gets s/n funds from City of New West

This year, the Royal City Humane Society received $2500 from the City of
New Westminster for a no cost/low cost spay/neuter program in our
community. This money was added to $5000 previously received from
provincial gaming funds for the same purpose.
Obviously, the cheaper/easier it is for people to fix their cats, the
more people will do it so even if they dump their cats on the streets
they will not breed and created more feral cats...
