There is no reason why this couldn't be done again

When I spoke wth veterinarian, Dr. Ellen Guttormson, she had this to say about her experience when she was the vet at the SPCA clinic when it opened : "We had a low cost spay/neuter clinic at the SPCA. When I ran that clinic we were doing between 12 and 16 surgeries per morning. ie 5 or 6 spays and the same number of neuters for cats and 2 or 3 dog surgeries. There is no reason why this couldn't be done again."
