Pit bull attacks man

An unlicensed pit bull was seized by animal-control officers yesterday after it attacked a man out for a walk.
The man needed medical attention for four puncture wounds to his arm. The attack occurred when a woman had trouble controlling the dog, which was on a retractable leash that was not retracting properly.
