Why is the BC SPCA putting dogs up for adoption before the staff even know anything about the dogs?

**This website will not be updated again until Sunday, Dec 11th. There are a group of new dogs coming from up north Wednesday afternoon, why not come on down and meet them in the meantime.**

This reeks of the need to turn them over quickly, sort of like big box stores' promo door-crasher specials.

This is not animal welfare.
