With the SPCA's history who knows what this is about? I reported two dogs in a muddy little cage to the SPCA last month and not a thing has changed. Is that because there aren't any attractive, innocent puppies involved?? Like the pitbull puppies the SPCA in Victoria imported by jet plane, cameras rolling, when the Victoria SPCA won't help a pitbull in a shed. I intend to contact Darrah Hansen of the Sun and ask her to come and look at the homely dogs the SPCA turns its back on. Bring your cameraman Darrah, it's not pretty.
