Rabbits shouldn't be outside in this weather, in a chicken wire enclosure!
If you want rabbits to be part of your family, they should be in the house with everyone else, or in a safe, secure, warm barn or equivalent.
They should be attended when free in a yard, as it is too easy for a dog, raccoon, eagle, or person to attack them otherwise.
