Animal Advocates Watchdog

So many questions....

The SPCA went into Gwen's house and killed her old, sick cat, who was being humanely cared for.
It seized her cats, some of whom they say died on the trip to the SPCA shelter - ?
The SPCA seized a healthy dog. What is the message there? We've got your dog, and you can have him back, but not til you pay us lots and lots of money that you haven't got. Where is the animal welfare here?
The SPCA will not tell Gwen what happened to her other cats - which they intimidated her into surrendering.
They left her larger animals - yet demanded so much money from Gwen - how was she supposed to take care of her remaining animals and pay the SPCA its demands at the same time?
Gwen's animals were under veterinary care, and upper respiratory illness is treatable, so why would the SPCA seize the cats?
Why did the SPCA kill and seize before they even talked to the veterinarian who was looking after the animals?
Gwen ended up with so many cats in the first place because people were unwilling or unable to take them to the SPCA. Why is that?
So many questions.
