I would not want to see this cougar killed, but I don't agree with caging it forever and using it to "educate". Every time humans stick another wild animal in a cage or aquarium, I think it teaches children that it's acceptable to do this.
Also, I don't understand why bears and other animals are allowed to be released after rehab, but not this cougar. What is the difference?
