Yesterday I read the report that Pacific Animal Foundation prepared and presented to North Van Council. After reading it, it is beyond me to see how the District and City cannot help but see the wisdom and compassion that it presents. The three authors, in my opinion, have presented an irrefutable case. On behalf of persons who understand the significance of wisdom and compassion, I thank you. It is not an easy task to make these paramount ideals practical. It is to be hoped that the very things that are requested for North Vancouver City and District become operable in the entire province.
