Thank you to the members of Pacific Animal Foundation, who prepared and presented this report to the City of North Vancouver.
It was well prepared and documented.
It also was a sad commentary on the disregard with which animals, particularly cats and rabbits, are treated by the North Vancouver, and other SPCA's.
I hope that this report will stir North Vancouver City Council to implement better services for these animals.
