As long as Audrey Hill remains the Manager, I would support the SPCA getting a facility in Powell River.
On the occasions when I have spoken with Audrey, I have felt that she would leave no stone unturned to help any animal (or person, for that matter).
I believe that Audrey (and the other volunteers) deserve somewhere for the animals they care for to go.
I don't generally support the SPCA, but I most certainly support Audrey Hill.
