Thanks for the reminder!
I didn't make it into Victoria for the event, but I'm glad it was fun and educational, both.
Sometimes I get mired down in work, and frustration, trying to save as many animals as I can.
But playing tug with my old dog, or being "surprised" (every night) by one of my cats "hiding" behind the bedroom door, so he can leap out at me, is fun. Plain, good fun. The kind I can't get any other way - and I wouldn't have it any other way.
