Russell ( we named him) was abandoned at the CRD Pound at the end of his life with an inoperable tumor. (X-rays were taken)
He was transferred to Animal Crusaders for care and lived the remainder of his life at a foster home with lots of roast chicken and love.
Doing palliative care work is incredibly painful but also very rewarding as no dog deserves to die unloved and uncared for in a cold kennel.
