The BC SPCA in Victoria has offered free room and board to all dogs of street people for a maximum of ten days, as dogs are not allowed in shelters for these people during the coldsnap.
I hope this also is happening in Vancouver.
There is one thumb up for the SPCA, even if it is a publicity stunt, and I am not saying it is, it will keep some needy paws warm.
