Jean asks if we can help Betty, and some of the personal ways we can do this are to write to her -but be very careful, and get the list of restrictions beforehand, also watch what you say as the letters are censored (heavily).

If Betty wants books, they can often be sent to her in prison, but only if they come directly from the publisher.

And I'm sure she will appreciate any news of activsm on behalf of the planet and it's inhabitants - it is very hard to think that you are alone.
