You can't answer the SPCA's plea for more money for the animals, without also funding their legal fights.
In their accounting, you'll not find any mention of legal fees, and yet there must be many thousands of dollars spent on lawyers.
How can you give the SPCA money for the animals, and be sure that you are not funding their lawsuit(s)? You can't.
If the SPCA remains intent in pursuing ridiculous lawsuits against their critics, they should have a separate fund for such, and they should advertise and account for this money separately, and openly.
