The BC SPCA's lawsuit against AAS and others (begun in August 2004) has been made so wide-ranging and inclusive that defending it is a huge undertaking. But defend it we will.

The SPCA has said in its statements of claim that AAS has imputed four things of the SPCA:

1. Cruelty
2. Corruption
3. Incompetence
4. Criminal Wrongdoing

Proving each of these imputations will be done.
